Received this is fax form blue rocket seo on Feb 12, 2018 that looks like a page from a bill but it is from a company that I have never heard of or have done business with before. It claims on the service summary that it is Affordable , effective search engine optimization. There is nothing on it that claims it is for an offer of service. It looks just like a bill. This is a very deceitful practice.
