Boaters World, a Division Of Ritz Interactive Contacted me Ordered product and wont pay bill Beltsville Maryland

Jay Jolly Vice Pres. Of boaters world Can not tell me when they will pay me, yet they contacted, me orderd product, to put in 40 stores with terms of net 30.

That was 90 days ago, He says the are not in bankruptcy yet wont say anything else, Says that he is not paying any vendors and if I get paid it will be when they get to it.I talked to a couple of them(vendors) and they have been paid( although some have not)It wouldnt be so bad but They Solicited me, set the terms and are about to put me into bankruptcy. I think it was all planned I think they ordered everything they could from everyone,and now are going under.
