I signed a contract for 12 months at $76.00 in June of 2005. I cancelled my La Fitness membership in Sept of 2006. I did not pay close attention to my credit statement to realizse that Body of Change was still billing me, howver La Fitness had stopped. I would like to be reimbursed for the months of July through October of 2006.

Good luck in getting ANY money back!! Don't hold your breath! You will never get anything back and probably won't even get anyone on the phone! This crap is happening NATIONWIDE! AT every single LA Fitness out there! My God - how can they do this? Just keep spreding the word to people - it will get thru to them when their numbers start to drop!
