Bongo charges excessive freight forwarding fees. Even using their own dimensional weight calculations their charges are more than double other freight forwarding companies such as viaddress.com. I have only used them once and will never use them again. I was charged $134 for an item only weighing 7 lbs to have it forwarded to Australia.
