Brad and Dad Overhead Garage Door Service New Garage Door was dented already when installed but they never replaced it despite promise in writing Cary, Illinois

I purchased a new garage door and opener from Brad and Dad in the fall of 2002. When the new door was brought for installation, it was dented. Brad promised to install the door and then order the part and return to replace it as soon as possible (he estimated 6 weeks). We contacted Brad 6 times before he came out, angry that I had been bothering him.  It was the middle of winter and, based on his request, he promised in writing to replace the door in the spring. I called 25 times and he never came out or contact me in any way. I would recommend never doing business with Brad and Dad.
