This guy is a scammer. I sent him a plan and sent me an agreement and said I could get funding. To staert I paid a upfront fee, then nothing but excuses want a scammer, he promises the world but delivers nothingf all talk and no action.

We sent a plan for funding to Brad. He talked a good game, but nothing checked out. No verification no referances. He could not provide one refferance to say he funded a deal! What a scam artist.
