I am also a victim. Initially, the bed is wonderful. But after a few months, it sags like a hammock. I bought it to help ease the pain of fibromyalgia when I sleep. Lately, it's making the pain worse and I am sleep-deprived. My husband, who doesn't have fibro, has also been very uncomfortable. Also, they lied when they said that you can't feel the motion of the other person in the bed. I can feel it if my husband lightly taps his toe -- let alone rolls over. I want my money back so that I can buy a real Tempur-pedic!
