Brickhouse Security charged for overnight delivery and cannot tell me where the package is. Now unable to get anyone to answer phone or reply to emails. RIPPED OFF FOR 639.00, Internet

ordered a product from their site and paid extra for next day shipping. product did not arrive that day and you can only leave a message for customer service to return your call which They do not do!  If you try calling another department to get a 'real' person they just transfer you to Customer Service (which is a real laugh).  What kind of customer service asks you to leave a message then never returns your call.
I have been ripped off for $639.00!! No product and can't get in contact with anyone to get a refund.  Stay away from these people!!
