Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Made the purchase and got an e-mail to call them the next day. The fast talking salesman was very pushy. When I refuse to buy any options, he tells me that the model I purchased was the model from japan with Japanese menu and I should really purchase the US model for $45 more because I won't able to read the menu.
I cancelled the order and would never order from there again. I felt very uncomfortable and in a business like that.
