Real estate agents and brokers beware - BrokerPriceOpinion.com (First Valuation) will not pay you for the work you perform. In July & August 2016 I completed several high quality and thorough BPOs and was never compensated. I periodically contacted their customer service and accounting departments for 4 months and they just continually state they are processing the payments. I have also filed a complaint with the Attorney General’s Office in the State of Colorado. Caution to anyone doing business with this company.

File a small claim case against them In CO. They will Respond. They owed me $2330 and 1 week before the case, they paid me. I was going to fly out there to get my money in court, but they dont want any judgements against them so they pay up. My orders were done in July of 2016. Its only $60. to file the case and they will respond. If I did have to fly out, I was going to ask the judge to award me airfare and hotel as well. DO IT... You'll get paid... its not too late. They will respond. Doesn't matter how long ago it was. They dont want any judgements against them. They have other business's that will be affected.
