Brown and Brown of Pennsylvania is really slow to respond when you want to open a policy with them. They're the absolute worst once you have a policy and you need to file a claim. It took months to get a response from them.
After multiple attempts to cancel my policies with them, I'm still receiving bills and renewals. Stay away from these guys. They put in less than the minimal effort with their customers. Twenty thumbs down!!
