these people sell used no good scooters
that dont run and are used!!! this is a skam told me these scooters where brand new never used.
i got home and they wouldnt run.
they were all scratched up and dirty.
gave me a hard time for a refund of 300 dollars
they kept 30$ of it do not buy any thing from burbank kawasaki
nothing but a rip off!!!

THE CUSTOMERS COMPLANTE ........ got home and they wouldnt run.they were all scratched up and dirty. gave me a hard time for a refund of 300 dollarsthey kept 30$ of it do not buy any thing from burbank kawasakinothing but a rip off!!!......BY LAW ON MOPED OR SCOOTER SALES THERE IS NO LEMON LAW ALL MOPEDS AND SCOOTERS ARE SOLD AS IS!!!! THIS IS A SEVEN YEARS OLD I BELEAVE YOU SHOULD REMOVE THIS COMPLANTE,HE IS LUCKY TO GET ANY MONEY BACK BECAUSE ALL MOPEDS AND SCOOTERS BY LAW ARE SOLD AS IS,WE CAN NOT RETURN CALIF TAX MONEY OR CALIF DMV CHARGES PLEASE REMOVE THIS COMPLANTE ITS A USELESS COMPLANTE THANK YOU MIKE
