BURLEY PROPERTIES OF MELBOURNE Lynn Burley Scam Artist, Sneaky, Thief Melbourne Beach, Florida
*REBUTTAL Owner of company: Burley Properties - Honest, hard work and extremely protective
Lynn Burley should not be trusted! I am glad I found this website and can corroberate with some of the others she screwed over. I was involved with Lynn on a real estate deal. She completely misrepresented the condition of a property that she sold us. It cost us a lot of money to fix the items that she intentionally hid from us that were defective.
The worst part is that she habitually seems to callously do these sneaky deals and has no remorse. I sincerely regret dealing with her and wonder how many more people she has injured through her actions. I hope more people see this post and come forward, I'm sure were not the only ones.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company
Burley Properties - Honest, hard work and extremely protective

This posting was just brought to our attention. We represent 95% foreclosures. This means that the bank knows nothing about the properties nor do we as the listing agency. For this reason and several others we always recommend getting an inspection and when Buyers do not we ask for a written inspection waiver addendum or they have to agree to "0" days inspection period and sign the document. We still push our Investment and Contractor Buyers to inspect their homes during their inspection period. We would like to know which property this is on and get this resolved right away.
Thank you
