Butler Sourcing, Heller Sourcing, Butler Digitizing and what other names the may go under are a complete scam!

I decided to order some patches from them as the price seemed good, and the website was professional.

After waiting several weeks i had received no patches. I made tens of calls and emails. When i called i was told they need to call the factory and get back to me, and it never happened, and when i emailed, i never got a reply.

After 3 months I finally got the products which were not the design i asked for,, half the quantity and very low quality.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

31 filed BBB Complaints in 3 years

AUTHOR: DamOTclese - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, February 29, 2012

After the Butler Sourcing people not answering their phone, their automated system hanging up on me, not answering their emails, and holding a post office box address as their primary contact information, I checked the BBB filing on the company to see if I had been swindled or not, something I should have done prior to sending them my check.

It looks like this "Butler Sourcing" company has many problems, operates in the shadows, but eventually provides the materials that they are paid to provide though at times they produce materials that are not matching the required specifications, something which the customer should have verified prior to manufacturing.

So I'm going to wait a longer time, give them another month to ship what I paid for since it looks like they're a solid enough company to actually eventually ship, it's just that the company leaves a very bad taste in my mouth -- and looking at the many BBB complaints (which are going to be a small percentage of the customers who have had problems) -- my advice is to avoid the company. Even if I eventually do get my materials, purchasing from them has taken too much of my valuable time and, well, I don't trust the company.

Also reviewing the rebuttle that the company spokesman posted to RipOffReport, his rebuttle further solidified my impression that Butler Sourcing is unprofessional and must be avoided in the future.

My opnions only and only my opinions, as always.

Message from the President

AUTHOR: Bryan Flores - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 18, 2009

Below is a message from the company's president, Joseph Heller:

we suspect that the following complaints were made about our company by the same user within the same time frame:

http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/424/RipOff0424294.htm - Feb. 15 http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/429/RipOff0429348.htm - Feb. 28 (((Redacted)))Mar. 1 http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/434/RipOff0434368.htm - Mar. 15 http:(((Redacted)))
Please note that the above postings are libelous. We suspect that the poster's real name is Jermaine Stratton (also known as Jermaine Carlyle Stratton-Weekes ) and that he is from London, England, UK. In September of 2008, we offered Jermaine Carlyle Stratton Weekes a position as Sales Manager in our company based, in part, on his claims that he worked for a company called Pure Rush (www.mypurerush.com) with 200 + employees, that he was the lead sales manager for Pure Rush, and that his salary was over $100,000 per year. After offering him the position, we later found out that his resume contained significant misrepresentations. PureRush was a 2 person company operated from Jermaine Stratton's home, and Jermaine was the owner of the company. Obviously, once we discovered this misrepresentation, we could not move forward with hiring him, so we immediately denied him the position due to these ethical issues.

Mr. Stratton then demanded that we reimburse him for expenses incurred related to his planned relocation to work for us. We refused to pay these reimbursements because his unethical behavior was the cause of our refusal to hire him. The only things that we did wrong were trust Jermaine Carlyle Stratton Weekes at his word and not sufficiently vet his background. Jermaine Stratton then claimed that he would ruin our company's reputation if we didn't pay him money; in effect, he blackmailed us. We suspect that this posting is what he meant by "payback".

Every statement in the above post is completely false. Again, we suspect that Jermaine Stratton, whom we considered for employment and later rejected, is using aliases to try to libel our company. We have searched our customer database, and we have not been able to find the names or complaints used in the post. We also read the post carefully for clues of what order is being criticized. We noticed that this person is not being specific about what type of product they ordered, what their order number was, etc. This makes us certain that this post is malicious rather than a legitimate complaint. We have also never been contacted by any law enforcement agency as mentioned in Jermaine Stratton's posts.

I hope readers can sympathize with us. The above post is most likely the act of a disgruntled person who is upset that his unethical actions were discovered. What we suspect Jermaine Stratton of could happen to any company, organization or person. If someone is disgruntled, then they can libel a company without having to take any responsibility for their actions, especially if they chose to use the anonymity of the Internet.

Such actions are unethical, and are illegal in most jurisdictions. Persons engaged in such behavior should be aware that their actions can result in civil and/or criminal liability, depending on the applicable laws. If we are incorrect in our suspicion that Jermaine Stratton made these posts, we encourage the author to send their complaint directly to the company, and we promise to deal with it in good faith. Please send us your real name, order number, the product that you ordered, exactly when you ordered it, etc. If you insist on making your complaints public, please do not post them anonymously without verifiable details. Prove to the online readers that you are not just a disgruntled employee, but are in fact making a legitimate claim.

To our costumers and potential customers: if you have any concerns after reading these posts, please feel free to call our General Manager, Ryan McBride directly at 213-233-1613. We want you to know that we stand behind our products and our company. If you have seen this post, we will offer you a 15% discount on any of our products. Even in the face of unfair and unethical attacks, our company seeks to serve our customers and turn a negative situation into a positive one.

We stand behind our products, and we guarantee your satisfaction.

Thank You, Joseph Heller President
