Buyback world.com advertises that it will give you the best buyback for electronics and cellular phones.  I was quoted $267 for two cell phones, I received an email that indicated that my devices were in poor condition due to the ESN numbers and they were now only worth $60.  They refused to mail back my cell phones and I disagreed with the quote that offered once they received my phones.  This company needs to be stopped because they are basically stealing phones and paying customers whatever if anything.
