Never answer the phone always get recorded message that says "We are recieving more calls than we can respond to, call back later". I doubt the California government can even handle one call. I send emails they never respond to. There is no communication available at all. I paid taxes into this program now I am unemployed and need my benefits and they ignore me and won't pay. They are ripping off the citizens.
