I came to work for California Homepro after 3 decades of experience as a marketing executive, college business professor and small business consultant. Over that collective time frame, I have been a student of organizational behavior. What continues to impress me about California Homepros organizational behavior is that the Principals truly place their customers and employees first, with a genuine concern about every home improvement project, as they create a corporate culture built on Honesty and Integrity. Its no surprise that California Homepro prides itself on its A rating with the Better Business Bureau.
 
That being said, it only takes one unhappy customer to spread incorrect information and blemish ones perfect reputation. Today, one unhappy customer can go on a tirade directed at hundreds of sites and spread incorrect, slanderous information about a company and get away with it. This is the world we live in- a world of hyper publicity. Companies allow these fallacious and defamatory statements to flow across their web pages so they can generate the type of publicity that attracts millions of potential new customers and scores them a better search engine ranking.
