Our canon printer/scanner is no longer working due to a leaked canon ink cartridge. We have always bought our ink cartridge that was made by the name of printer we had. I called canon to see what help I could get to fix my problem. was told since our printer was out of warranty they could do nothing for us. I told the idiot on the phone that my printer didn't fail their cartridge did, and that's what messed up our printer. It simply came down to "aw it sucks to be you" we can't do anything because our printer warranty was past the date....
