Carbiz Ripped me and my family off converting my loan to a lease Sarasota Florida

Carbiz told me if I signed a bunch of papers I would save one payment and there was nothing to worry about. I showed the papers to my son who is in college and he told me my interest rate was almost 30%. When I signed my original contract the rate was only 18%. I cannot believe what Carbiz did to me. I asked my salesman why he did not tell me about the interest rate he told me that Carbiz did not tell him so even he had no idea what was going on. I asked for a payoff to get out of the lease and no one could tell me what it was.

This is outright theft.
