Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I recently moved and needed a 4wd vehicle. I traded in my car for a 2011 Honda CR-V and was foolish enough to take their Salesman (Tim Clark) at his word that he would add Btu-tooth to the vehicle if I took the deal.
Well now they are saying that it was not supposed to be free and want more money from me.
I tried to talk to one of the sales managers which flat out told me if it was not in writing then it was not approved.
I will never do business with them again.
Lesson learned, get everything in writing as they have no consideration for their customers.

Yes, you were lied to without a doubt but guess who goes along with their lies and general lack of integrity and honesty? The BBB! They bought their "membership" in the BBB and the BBB then SOLD them their phony "A-" rating! The BBB is no better than these slimeball car dealers. The BBB is a partner in the scam.
