Career Training Solutions, Inc , CTS Refunded my Money and then took it back out of my account without authorization Baton Rouge Louisiana

I thought I was being smart. I checked out CTS with the Louisiana Better Business Buruea and found they were a legal company in the state of LA with no exisiting complaints, so I enrolled in their payroll program. There was a delay in starting date for my class and my computer was perpetually on backorder. I finally got set-up to take a class via WebEx and was told they changed services because of the cost to CTS for WebEx service. They were very slick and said the did not want to pass this cost on to their students, so class was postponed again!!! I never received my computer and finally got fed up and demanded a refund.

I was asked if I signed a disclaimer document and when I informed CTS that I had not they agreed to pay my refund. On October 10, 2003 they credit my bank account for the agreed upon refund price....HERE'S THE CATCH....on October 14, 2003 they took it back. I didn't know they had done that until I had numerous checks bounce and incurred over $200.00 in NSF charges from my bank. I immediately called CTS only to find that their phone was temporarily suspended.

Lets all get together and contact the authorities in Baton Rouge as well as at the Attorney General in Louisiana and go after these criminals. The name of the person that I dealt with is India Scholars. Lets get all the information we have avaialable out to the public. We all work too hard for our money to throw it away.
