i have deal with Carlos Henao from Carmiexport CI ltda as he is the title holder and the end seller for petroleum product and we have given him icpo for the buyer. for 5 months he was keep saying by next week will delivery the fuel and he keep sending fake POP every week for the last 5 months.
please don't even think to deal with him or believe he is real seller.
Carlos is one of the big fake liar and he don't own any fuel at all.
and he will always CIRCUMVENTED the people and go behind them to try close the deal with the buyer with his people.
they are all big liars with fake documents scammers people.
