Carol Brothers ripoff didn't pay commissions & wages Altamonte Springs Florida

Carol Myers did this to countless other people. She is also Chris Morgan, Christina Morgan, Carol Brothers and Carol Simms and probably a bunch of other names.

She is driving an old shitty Cadillac with her clothes piled up in the back seat and living in a shithole hotel in New Jersey right now while she is scamming with healthepizza.com. She only owns about 3 outfits. I will admit that I am impressed that she can hold her geriatric self up in hooker-style high heels at age 75.

I have let this sit too long and thought it would go away.

I know the facts and can clearly document the truth here. This girl used a fake name because the company never hired anyone by that name and there was ONLY one person who did not get paid for training EVER. So, it is easy to know who she is because of her comments.

First, I was the person running the call center for a group of investor owners. I have run call centers for nearly 20 years. Carol Brothers was a medical specialist consultant and advisor on the project. But that is not the issue here. 

Everyone here signed a very specific probationary contract on how and when they would be paid. I wrote the contract with the attorney. In that contract, it clearly stated that during their trial probationary period, the trainee was required to make 200 auto assisted dials during a 6 hour shift in my center with 3 breaks. They were calling doctors requesting permission to send them information relevant to their practice and then to book an appointment for someone in the sales team to speak with them to see if they had interest or questions.  The training contract read that if they did not achieve at least those numbers they were not doing their job and were not paid for those days. Furthermore, it was my policy that if the new person was even close to that number I paid them. I authorized or declined the paychecks there!

Everyone in the center was allegedly seasoned and experienced appointment setters. The track record speaks for itself. The average number of dials per day was around 220 per appointment setter and the average number of appointments set per day was 16-18.  (Some actually had over 300 calls some days). I was the manager of that center and can document this.

"Chico" is talking about "commissions" not being paid for what? She worked for a total of 2 days and during that time made few calls. If memory serves me correctly i think she made 26 calls in the entire day. She send virtually no emails and booked NO appointments and was let go her second day of training. So, just ask her for a copy of her agreement and her call record which she kept as well. This is negative garbage and nonsense.

If Chico does not provide you with the proof I am going to publish her information here including her name and details from her resume which ultimately came back to us with many fraudulent claims. I'll bet her email does not even work...
