Carribean cruise line Bahamas Celebration Lies and hidden fees, terrible customer service Internet

First of all, everything sales person tells you to make it sound good, it's not competely true. You will pay more if you would of bought it yourself through internet and spend hours on the phone trying to get everything you were promised. One person will tell you one thing and another will tell you different thing. Supervisers are rude and put words in your mouth and the main thing you will not get your money back after you realize that the whole thing is not that you were promissed. Bassically they tell you that you have to travel with them no matter what on their terms and pay way more that you were quoted! Now I am looking to take legal actions towards them.
