Ok so, I was sucked into the scam...Yes, I would call it a scam. After reading all of the reviews on here...I decided I wanted my money back...It had only been five days, and the payment only went through yesterday. I was worried since people on here had issues with getting there money back...

I called and gave my information to the first person, who then transferred me to a "supervisor". This man was downright rude to me. Saying that he wasn't stupid he knew why I was calling, and I had said that I read articles and I wanted my money back...I started off nice...I then escalated due to him trying to talk over me telling me it was very rude to try to talk while he was talking. He told me he would allow me to speak in just a moment when he was finished. Like, first of all you don't do that to people. That is rude. Second of all, he said, I am going to outright tell you no. I will not give you the money back. After we argued about statutes (which he was wrong about anyway), I finally hung up, I was tired of being disrespect. He also refused to give me his last name, when I asked for it.

I then promptly called the corporate office, the man there was rude as well telling me that everything #9119 said was true. And that there was nothing he could do.

I hung up again, called the customer service line again, gave the SAME information another 2 times finally given over to another supervisor...who brought up #9119's name...Meaning they had previously talked about me and about my case. He told me what #9119 told me was true blahblahblah and FINALLY after trying many times to get my money back, he FINALLY said that it would be back in my account within 7 days. I hope that is true.

Not to mention yesterday, I was calling with a question about logging into my account online and was put on hold, I never talked to one person...I sat on hold for 33 minutes...and eventually hung up.

Customer service is terrible. I will NEVER recommend this company, cruise, or vacation to anyone, ever again. And I thought it would make for a great honeymoon. Pssh I'd rather stay home thn deal with people like this.
