i worked at KB Promotions for a month . i was yelled at but supervisers . the music was extremely loud and i couldnt here the customers on the phone. when i asked for them to turn down the music a little bit the girl at the podium turned it down to announce" if you dont like the music level then i advise you to quit ." in a meeting on my first day the manager frank i think it was had made some comments about how they guys are urinating on the toilet seats he said " if you **ck is to small for you to aim it in the toilet then you need to sit like a girl to piss." then he proceed to curse an yell at the rest of us . when i tried to call off cause i had a stomache flu the told me i couldnt and that if i didnt come in i was fired so i quit . they didnt give me my full pay on my last check they charged me for the full week for usage of their booths

All other stuff aside call the Labor department to get your check also ask them about the charge for the booth. Unless it was stated in your hiring contract that you had to pay fees then you shouldn't be charged anything when you left.
BTW if you had accrued any vacation time they cannot refuse to pay you for it in the state of FL.
