Casablanca Express has been in business for 35 years without interruption. Over the past week we have experienced intermittant technical issues with our 800 number. Our Telephone Service Provider has assured us this probem has now been resolved. Our alternate number, (818) 992-5100, also appears on all of our corresepondence and marketing materials and has not been affected by these issues. We are requesting you contact at us at (818) 992-5100 and speak with our Customer Service mangager Julio Balderrama at Extension 7204. He will be more than happy to assist with your reservation and/or issue a refund. We do apologize for any inconvenience these technical issues may have caused and do look forward to resolving this matter to your staisfaction.
