I'm looking for others who have had similar experiences with Casemachine, LLC to file a report with the Federal Trade Commission to see if they investigate on our behalf. This company is a complete scam. Good looking website makes them appear to be legit, but I ordered a Sesto Sport case for the iPhone 5 3 months ago and never received the product.

Have tried contacting them many times. Only got a response once when I threatened to sue them. That was over a month ago, still no product, and no refund. I blasted their facebook page as well.

i have the same problem pending. i ordered the sesto sport case for iphone 5 when they had the preorder and this was 3 months ago i still have not received my case.

i email them constantly and no response until i threatened them with a law suite like you said you did and they reply plenty of people have gotten their cases which makes no sense because where is mine.

They replied by saying they would send me a second one for a friend or spouse and then i never heard from them again.

I ask for a refund and they just ignore me. I filed a dispute with my card company and i am waiting on an answer. it makes it hard because they have no phone number.
