Cash Advance Legal Department called and advised payment was needed for payday loan - would not give account number and keeps calling my place of employment Nationwide

A heavy Indian accented man called my place of employment and demanded a Payday Loan payment. He would not give a loan account number and would not verify the Cash Advance Company that he worked for. He only advised that he worked for the Cash Advance Legal Department.

He leaves no messages or pertinent data to refer to and, advised that he will continue to call my place of employment as of 032013. On the last call I advised him that I would give his phone number to my attorney for follow-up.
