Too bad I did not read the warnings about this deceitful company before I became their NEXT victim!
They lied when they said this was a "simple interest" loan. I paid them back all the $2500 that I borrowed a year ago and I still owe them over $2400!! Why aren't they in jail?!
Do Not borrow any money from these criminals...or you will be paying for YEARS!!!

Hi, I saw your posting regarding CashCall. From what I'm told this is an entity out of California, hiding behind native american status and a mortgage company. Well yesterday I called them to pay off my entire debt in full.
Oddly enough they never took payment for the month of May 2013. When I called the woman told me that they are currently being sued because they aren't authorized to do business in Massachusetts.
I said to her, so basically, this loan is illegal and quickly she responded no. (BS). If they come after me years down the line, I might possibly negotiate a settlement with them...or tell them to take me to court. I don't think they'll have a leg to stand on.
I think the company is affiliated out of California, so I'm assuming your auto payments haven't been impacted? Try to research to see if Cali residents can jump on this band wagon.
