 I have blown away to find so many complaints about Cassie Shoemaker owner of schuster haus breeders. I work in boxer rescue and have always fostered and then rescued my boxers. I have had four previous American boxers. I turned 60 and decided that this was my last chance to have one from the beginning to the end so because I was unable to obtain one through my rescue I did my research and found Schuster Haus. Cassie is a true sales person and a bullshit artist. The whole time while waiting for the litter I went back-and-forth with my mind on whether or not I wanted to purchase from her. There was something that just wasn’t right anyway I ended up getting bubbles. At 7 months old, he had meningitis. I reached out to her because a t******e didn’t drop and he was now a year old still fighting the meningitis. She told me no worries. It will drop fast-forward 18 months old in remission and gotta go ahead for my neurologist to neuter him. They did cryptochid surgery to try and find the second t******e turns out there wasn’t one and no tissue suggesting it was ever there. First genetic issue. Six months later did a testosterone test that came back negative confirming there was not a second t******e. a year later had an ultrasound because bubble started having incontinence issues. They found that he had a genetic ectopic urinal sphincter. And was able to confirm the second t******e. When I reached out to Cassie this time I sent her reports with proof of everything. She had the balls to tell me that I had Munchhausen and my vets were medicallly abusing Bubbles. I lost my s**t with her and threatened a lawsuit. She said good luck because I no longer Breed boxers. I am now breeding Merle Frenchies. Of course she is. They are 20K per dog and not recognized by AKC and will have so many issues. Frenchies have enough problems with their spine and brain tumor issues and now she’s going to do something anatomically to create another breed of Frenchies. She’s a monster and a greeder. Bubbles is 2 1/2 years old and like an old man. He has been through hell and back every time I reached out to her. Her only response was you can return him never asked if he was OK never seemed concerned. I work with boxer rescue and asked one of the employees to look at her page. They noticed a lot of red flags. Long story short bubbles will be three in June. I have a 30K bill for all the procedures thus far. The MRI alone was $6000 and it was one thing after the other medication to treat him for meningitis cost of fortune. From the long-term prednisone treatment, he ended up getting Calcinottis cutis. it’s been two years and still has not cleared. We have tried every thing we were given by the vet. They said it is no longer active cc and needs to be surgically removed because it is infected that will cost 10K. This dog has cost me more than $45,000 and he is only two years old. I sent her the ultrasound report where the neurologist said that there is nothing normal about his anatomy and two genetic issues. Bubbles will likely have a lifetime of health issues. It’s not even about the money. It’s about the irresponsible breeding this woman does. I am looking to file a class action suit against her to try and get back some of that money, she should be held accountable for selling sick dogs. I came to find out today that Bubbles sister Myra Also has neurological issues.her Mom Megan asked me if I could take Myra cause she can no longer afford it. This poor young girl has to give up her beloved boxer girl because she can’t afford her because she’s sick. I paid $3500 for the puppy. I am just sick over everything. My heart breaks for bubbles because he is a really sweet dog. He’s adorable. I love him with all my heart, but he suffers on a daily. I'm so glad I found this report, I knew I wasn't the only one she ripped off! I bought a puppy from her and from the very first day she acted sick! She was lethargic, skinny and did not want to eat or really do anything. My vet found worms, coccidia and a grade 3 heart murmur and he referred us to a cardiologist, over $1000 in tests later we find out that our poor baby has a hereditary heart condition called aortic stenosis. Cassie lied to us from day 1 and when we confronted her she fell off of the face of the earth and wouldn't answer us. She then blocked my husband and I on Facebook and we have not heard from her since, even after the repeated texts we've sent. This lady is disgusting and should not be breeding. I've reported her to the American Kennel Club and her local humane society. I hope they take her dogs and find them loving families, I hate to see them continue to suffer with her like my baby did! I warn everyone to please beware of this woman, she's a professional liar and con artist! Schuster Haus tried to sell me the one puppy that was purchased from Alice. Then after this report gets filed Cassie claims the pups were sick and that's why she shouldn't have to pay. So Cassie is trying to resell a puppy she claims to others is sick? What's wrong with this picture? Schuster Haus is a very dishonest breeder and I will never trust her again. It's all about the money with her.

I found Schuster Haus while looking for a male puppy, did a little research and added her on facebook. It didn't take me long to figure out what kind of breeder she really was. Everyone should have known how she was when she had to go out of business and come back a while later with a new kennel name. She's constantly buying dogs and reselling them, they never have a permanent home. Maybe she resells for more money? She can't say she's retiring them because she sells them young, all because they weren't successful breeders or she couldn't bang enough puppies out of them I suppose. Most only last one heat cycle at her house (6 months or less). She does not breed for quality, she does not follow AKC guidelines for breeding. Ask her what her "black" boxer is registered. These breeders that breed "black" have to lie to AKC and register them as brindle because Boxers aren't supposed to black. She clearly breeds for money and could give a crap less about her dogs, they are just money machines. Backyard breeding at its finest. Everyone should stear clear. You don't want to spend over $1000 on a puppy from her puppy mill that is producing such low quality ugly dogs. To the author of the original post, I do not know you but I'm sincerely sorry you had to go through this with such a trashy breeder. Keep your head up, there are good breeders out there. The place I bought my guy was great!
