I don't feel as if I've properly addressed her comments about unfounded accusations. There are currently investigations on ebay and pay pal. I know because I've recieved letters from them asking for more information on this buyer. Let me CORRECT MYSELF She sent her first letter on 10/4 and didn't even respond to ANY of my MANY messages until 10/7 with a whoops type of nonchalant attitude. Please understand that AFTER my many emails telling her it was 4 years old she took the liberty to actually make a call to ebay and give them my name, telling them to have me refund money to her.They reached out to me to refund her without checking the date of the original transation. The only threats I EVER made to her was to report her to the various entitues to report what she was doing. She can use her lawyer cease and desist nonense with me BUT the very last letter that went out was from me that said "do not contact me again". 

Hmm..crazy..well maybe if I didn't have to spend the ENTIRE day on Saturday defending myself and trying to protect my money I wouldn't have been upseti In those emails I did tell her that I was going to post her name online. Best case sscenario it was an accident..well thank you for attaching an old invoice from FOUR YEARS AGO to a PERSONAL EMAIL without even checking who it belonged to then never responded before 2 DAYS?. I contacted her several times and heard nothing then even after alerting her that it was 4 years old she called ebay and asked them to have me give them back her money(see letter). I actually got a letter sent to me. Yes I was angry. Her passive agressive letter didn't make things ANY better after I spent the better part of the weekend ON THE PHONE being transfered from department to department only to get a whoops my bad letter. 

This eBayer, Susan Cranz, has sent me hateful and outrageous emails with unfounded accusations. Each email escalated and revealed a disturbed individual. I wish her only the best. I explicitly told her that the email that sent her into a tailspin was an error. I had already paid years ago and sought no recourse. Rather than reply with a normal "no harm, no foul" response, she stalked me online and threatened me in unimaginable ways.

Ms. Cranz: Cease and desist your online stalking. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
