I subscribed to an adult website and paid CCBILL $20. The website was not working for at least 4 days afterwards.

I called CCBILL the first day and was promised a refund if the site was not working withing 48 hours. I waited an additional 24 hours and they still refused to refund my money.

They blocked my phone calls, talked very disrespectful to me, and threw up one roadblock after another.
