I reviewed my FICO report and found that CCS Credit Collection Services had placed an unpaid debt on my account. Needless to say, this lowered my score. I didn't know anything about the debt. It doesn't make sense for me to have my credit score go down for $60.00.

It's a rip off because there was no notification of the debt It doesn't make any sense for any agency to arbitrary entered erroneous information on a credit report.
