A letter was written and delivered to Century 21 Laurent Assoc. on December 18, 2003. This letter ended all ties with the agency. I did not receive the entire rent for December which they received from Section 8. They also subtracted $275.00 late charges from my rent money because the renter paid me the December rent.

I also requested a refund of the $1,000.00 deposit that the renter paid to them in September. I was informed that after 30 days I would receive it. The original letter was submitted on December 18, 2003. As of today, February 3, 2004, I have not yet received the $1,000.00 nor have I heard from Century 21 Laurent after repeated calls.
