Following one address request multiple charges followed and have not stopped. Attempts to cancel account through website is virtually impossible. Trying to contact by phone impossible. They get your credit card number and start running it. Best solution is through credit card issuer. This is a ripoff from the money end. They do offer some information but the value is questionable.
