Hopefully if your reading this review your doing your due diligence and haven't signed up and been burned like me. I have had a horrible experience with Charles and knew from the beginning I shouldn't switch but made the bad decision and I'm paying for it now. CAN'T SAY IT STRONGLY ENOUGH.... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CHARLES CRANSTON. He stated he was A+ rated with the BBB and this is a lie. He offers nothing but lies and extremely expensive contracts. When I googled his name my stomach dropped and I knew I was another one of his victims.
