I just signed up with this company and transferred a balance for a lower rate. The second bill came with a charge for "payment protector." I did not authorize this and when I called I got the runaround and transferred to a "dead end" call center. I will try again next week to get them to resolve this issue. They should not be allowed to pad the bill with charges that were never authorized and then "hide" behind inpossible phone options when a customer calls about the issue. Very poor way of doing business!
