I recently tried to buy a ticket from cheapoair.  They were so slow by the time they actually found the flight I wanted they said the flight was no longer being offered for the deal price.  Very pushy to buy ticket because it was only one left.  When I actually agreed to buy it and gave over my credit card info they cut all communication off.  I did receive an e-ticket but non of my correspondence has been answered by phone, email or chat line.  I am just hoping the e-ticket is valid.

Dear Seattle, I do apologize for the phone system, I will certainly look up your booking details for you.  Just email at randrews@cheapoair.com, the 8 digit booking number, and place BLOG in the subject line. I also would like to address the fact that you mentioned Hidden Fees. I certainly will review that as well, because our service fee that we do charge is clearly listed on our website under terms and conditions, as well as "fee". So if there is something else you are speaking of, please include that in your email to me.
