We received an email stating we had bought an American airlines ticket to Seatlle and the cost was charged to a credit card through cheeptickets.com. We know we never purchased this ticket and was wondering how the e mail sender obrtained our e mail address.

We checked with our credit card companies to confirm no charges were actully made, as of yet. The e mail instructions said to download the copy of the ticket for use which we did not do as we fear this is a virus threat.
