I guess it must be nice and easy to grow fast when all you have to do is pocket customers money and disappear and never look back.

Maybe u should do a research about your outstanding reputation, Weve made inquiries about you several people have told us to stay away from you and your co. Maybe they know more about you than we know

If you are full of integrity as you claim why you dont do the right thing n return the $5000 you stole, until then no one will believe a word you write here.

Let me get this straight..We gave u $5000 for you to install a septic system and instead u pocketed the $$$ and disappeared for months, and whos in breach of contract??? But conveniently you dont mention a word on your attempted rebuttal about the facts U never answered ph calls, never responded to hundreds of messages left on your voicemail never answered certified letters from us never answered certified letters from our attorney sent to the addresses you claim. Dont know from where those addresses surfaced? Ill be glad to refresh your memory, they were all addresses you had printed on your fraudulent estimates and proposals you gave to us. One thing I forgot to mention, The Better Business Bureau was looking for you as well and couldnt locate you.

You must be trying to play stupid, the septic system that failed inspection was a different one, the one you tried to do prior to this one located at Conashaugh Lakes Community for which, by the way, same scenario again, you also got paid in full, again grabbed the $$$ and ran. A professional had to be hired to redo your screw ups. And paid again, so much for your alleged customer care You were NOT there to honor your warranty on a job you had full payment, I'm dying to see what excuse you'll have for that one!!!!

 we care greatly about customer satisfaction and  every customer deserves great service and quality. Oh really?? We were YOUR customer and I see the way u cared about us, the only great service and quality we got from you was FRAUD and incompetence by large. And that is exactly the way you will be caring for all the other customers thatll have the misfortune to fall victim to your scams. You may want to consider changing your co name to Cheater excavating that would give the true perspective of what you and your co are all about.

Its funny reading your comments and how you twisted everything around but we have something you don't have, besides integrity, we have an arsenal of evidence! You wouldn't want us to display a copy of the contracts we had with you, and a copy of ALL the cancelled checks that prove we always paid you in full and in advance! You wouldn't want us to publish a copy of the last contract for the project for which you took $5000.00 and never started, but instead disappeared out of the face of the earth, and which has absolutely nothing to do with what you talk about on your rant. And by the way you have the facts twisted (no surprise) WE were NOT thrown out we had to let the job go on the account that the owners no longer deserved the privilege of our great service and quality, by the way you forgot to mention that on that very same project the septic system you installed DID NOT PASS inspection, ( we have a fail letter from the Township if any one cares to see), you were no where to be found to make good, sure, why should you, you've gotten paid in full already!!
Problems existed since the very first job you did for us, you were never found when it was time to do the final grading,
If everything you said were true, then why avoid our phone calls to all the numbers you list, our millions of messages left on all your voice mails (because you, or no one ever answers any of your phones) all the certified letters we sent to all the fake addresses you list on your contracts and internet.you ignored all the certified letters our attorney sent you??? Or you would want us to publish a copy of those as well??? Why are you running and hiding like a thief???
We went physically to each of those addresses looking for you; no one knew who you were!!! We asked one of your family members to tell you to do the right thing to no avail.
Do yourself a favor, don't write anymore lies, you're being an insult to our intelligence and that of everyone who reads this.
And if anyone is planning to hire Joe Caccavale, do it at your own risk, you all have an advantage we didn't have, you were pre-warned!!! Anyone looking for proof of every word we wrote here do not hesitate to visit us at our office.

I Joseph Caccavale is the owner of Cheetah Excavating & Landscaping which has a very good reputation, although one of the builders that i had done business with Exclusive Builders/Realty company was the general contractor/builder on a job which my company was awarded the job. Exlusive Builders/Realty company failed to mention was that the Excavation that was done lot cleared, stumped, foundation dug, driveway installed, superior walls set in place, additional clearing, set all the i beams, dug an addtional front porch, backfill. I had asked for months to receive payment so i can continue to finish the job which was as far as the excavation was almost completely done. Well it came to my attention that the original builder Exclusive Builders was thrown off the job due to no work getting done. So the original contract between Cheetah Excavating & Exclusive Builders was breached. They then asked me for a 5000.00 refund. I not only lost out on the amount owed, but i also had alotted time to finish the job which i could of scheduled other jobs in it's place. So for the company Exclusive Builders to write this about my company is not only upsetting, it is completely outrageous. Cheetah Excavating is a very professional, neat company with high standards, I take pride in every job big or small, and treat every job as if it were being done at my own home.
