My complaint is exactly the same as one listed here on Ripoff Report. Rep did not use the chemical extraction system as advertised, instead sprayed a liquid lightly, used a hand buffer with rags attached then raked the carpet. There was no extraction at all. I paid for this with additional fee of $30 for "protection" treatment similar to Scotch Guard. The fact that this practice continues indicates the company knows full well what it is doing to customers.
