Last week my electric range stop working for the second time in 14 months. Their repaiir man 14 months ago did not tighten a wire on the left on/off switch. The wire came loose as the result sparked and the left side of the unite burned completely. Now they want to pay me $300 to purchase a new unit whch cost $1200.
