We hired Chris to do some landscaping for us.  At first he did a very good job, then did not show up when he said he would.  We paid him in advance for some plants that were never delivered & planted as promised.   

  He was supposed to do the job & said he had the plants, but we have yet to see them & part of our money back.

   He is a con man, liar & thief.
