 Chuck Coleman agreed to develop a website for my business, after I paid him he refused to finish it and would not turn it over to me to complete it. I was never able to get access to the site as an administrator to make corrections. Chuck also booked a photo shoot at my shop and used my dresses and was supposed to give me a percentage of the profits which he refused to pay.
