I ordered some belts from Cicon Electronics on November 4th 2012 and received a confirmation email stating that the order was shipped and I should receive it in 5 to 7 days. As the order never arrived, on the 20th I sent an email asking about the status of the shipment - no answer. I also tried to call Cicon Electronics on the 20th and the 21st - No answer

I tried to find a contact number for Yahoo e-commerce, as Cicon electronics seems to use Yahoo as a front for its shady business - No contact numbers are available for customers of Yahoo e-commerce
