A fairly well-known builder once resided at (((REDACTED))) in Niskayuna. Cindy Quade the self-professed queen of new construction, and bla, bla, bla was keeping the builders bed warm while he was out of town. It was a quiet night until Cindy's boyfriend who is a fairly well-known realtor caught wind of the affair.

He showed up at the house and Cindy called the police alleging abuse. The complaint was dropped after her boyfriend paid her $30,000.00. I know someone that has a copy of the police report. I've read Cindy's commentary on this page and I have to shake my head.
