So, now YOU'RE the victim? Let's again try to get the facts straight...... you took my money and did nothing but jerk me around. You caused me to file bankruptcy. You're story about about a stalker is nonsense. You're rant about how professional you are is nonsense. A quick internet search shows that Tony, one of your professional real estate agents has been arrested twice for DWI. And you say you run a professional brokerage? You righteously talk about boards you belong to and ethics? Who are you trying to fool. The question you continue to avoid is, did you operate a credit repair business on Carman Road? Did you work in a real estate office on Carman Rd? Did you ever engage in the business of credit repair? Did you ever take someones money with the promise of earasing the negative comments on their credit report?

I have been in the real estate business for over 30 years. I have never had a client that was a chiropractor although I have friends that are in that field, however I have only a social / non business relationship. This person 'annonoymous' wants to damage my otherwise stellar reputation.

I serve on several committees and boards as well as professional standards.  Nearly 25 years ago I had an issue with an individual that was a 'stalking' related incident and this resulted in me having to obtain a legal order  of protection. This individual trying agressively to defame my character and ruin my reputation and my career. 

This all sounds glaringly similar. And it is disheartening that anyone can post anything about anyone without proof or back up. 

There is nothing I can do, other than tell my side of the story OR pay exhorbanant fees for someone to fight back and/or remove fraudulent information. 

I hope that my reputation stands on it's own merit. 

I don't know if she had a credit repair business on Guilderland Ave. I do know she was working as a real estate agent and offering to erase pepoles bad credit when she was working at a real estate office at 3535 Carman Rd Schenectady. A friend of mine paid her $395.00 to erase his bad credit and it just didn't work.

Cindy Quade has decided to run and hide instead of take ownership of her bad acts. This should be an interesting study on how strong the company that she hired to bury this post is. I encourage each person she has screwed to post their experiance on this site. 

I can't say that I'm sorry this post has upset your current world. Bad deeds have a way of catching up with you. You and I both know that you know who I am. You know that I am a Chiropractor but I am not going to post my name. I have been embarrassed by you. The fact that you are responding to this complaint the way you have shows me that you haven't changed one bit. I pinned my hopes of getting my credit doctored by you so I could have a chance at saving my practice. You say you didn't have a partner in your credit repair business. Tony was your partner and I met him several times at your office on Guilderland Ave.

The office also served as a real estate office. I do know Tony's last name but I will not post it because I feel he played a very small role if any in your credit repair scheme. So, since you decided to deny instead of take ownership of what you did, and also decided to pat yourself on the shoulder by posting what a great real estate agent you are with so many happy clients, let me make this simple for you and the readers of this post and at the same time give you an opportunity to clear things up. Did you operate a credit repair business out of a real estate office on Guilderland Ave in the late nineties? Yes, or no?

I am unfamiliar with Ripoff Report, however someone contacted me to let me know that someone had reported a compliant about me and my company. I logged on and found this negative report. I have absolutely no idea who this person is, where they are from or what they do. They posed themselves as Mr. Chiropratictor - I am not sure if that is an actual name or profession? In any event, it's a shame that anyone can seemingly post anything about anyone. I've never heard of this person, do not do business in Scotia, never had a partner named Tony - never had a partner ever for that matter and this report is completely erroneous. I have had my brokerage for over 25 years and provide service to hundreds of people - I may not have the best memory however I would remember this and furthermore, I am fairly known in the real estate industry so I am also surprised about the comment as I interpret as 'just learning' I am in this business. If I had done what I am being accused of I would think this person would be following me and I am not that hard to find. 

Unfortunately this side of my story is all I can offer. I have hundreds of clients I have served to purchase real estate and take each clients needs personally. I have a dedicated team of agents that all strive to provide the best service we can. Anyone with credit issues, I refer to a lender to get advice on how to remedy their problem. That is not our area of expertise.
