Clayton buy here pay here Clayton auto sales ,4500 clinton hwy , knoxville tn. /Advantage finance repossessed 1998 pontaic sunfire after I was out of work and couldn't pay a payment in 2012 the price of car including financing was $3600. Today 9/9/2014i receive a phone call that they are taking me to court for $4200 .. knoxville Tennessee

How can they do this after repossioning the vehicle 2 yes ago I have not moved so I've been in the same apt.since they repossed it .They resold the car and I have seen it on cherry street and Clinton hwy being driven around .The car was still running and look the say as day 1 when I was buying it .However I have doubts on the value of the car and what they are suing or going to sue me for when they have not received or taken a loss on the value of the car since someone has bought or is buying it and driving it now..I think they are very dishonest and buyers should buy car else where
