Clear Choice Credit Solutions ripoff I'm currently trying to fight this situation and get my money back George Utah

In April 2003, I was notified by my bank that a company posing by the name of Clear Choice Credit Solutions had made a withdrawal from my checking account in the amount of $239 by presenting a check document they had drew up using my name and checking account information.

Upon informing the bank that I did not authorize this transaction, I was furnished with a telephone number for them. Upon contacting Clear Choice Credit Solutions, I was informed that a manager would be calling me regarding this matter because they were currently not available. They never called back, and I then proceeded to file a fraud claim with my bank.

Ten days later, my bank informed me that my fraud claim was denied because Clear Choice Credit Solutions informed them that they had gotten verbal authorization to perform this transaction. However, the date and time they listed as having spoken with me was a day that I was not available due to work. The bank then offered to close that account out and open a new account for my protection.

Unfortunately, before they did this, Clear Choice Credit Solutions then presented another check to my bank in the amount of $49.99. I then contacted my bank and informed them of this situation and had my accounts closed. I'm currently trying to fight this situation and get my money back because I never received any formal documents from this organization and I never requested any. Further more, I have had difficulty with my bank because they have no solid proof that Clear Choice Credit Solutions had my permission.
